Who are we?
The Mum Diaries started in 2016 and is a space where I share life with raising 3 boys. My name is Jaymee and I am the main content creator here, I have a husband (who will feature every now and then) and 3 boys; Jack, Oliver and Arthur. However, my 3 young adorable sweet boys have now grown into mini men and we have a whole host of other life events to look forward too; Secondary school, GCSE’s, first job, hormones and everything in between.
What can you expect to see?
We love supporting local businesses, and we love sharing local events and helping local families to find things to do during the school holidays. We are also mindful of budget and costs, as a family of 5, a cheap day out can become quite expensive, so I like to share hints and tips on how to make it easier on the purse.
This isn’t my main income anymore and as such it means I can be picky about who and what I share. I want to share things that we really enjoy and love rather than for payment, although that would be lovely too!
Content wise, you can expect reviews from items to days out to camping and glamping! We just want to share content that our readers will enjoy.
Where
We live in Peterborough and I love our city! One of the highest viewing posts of mine is about groups and activities for the under 5’s. I also write and share what’s on events during the school holidays. As well as finding hidden gems within our city, such as finding Nile Crocodiles and a wildlife haven!

I love creating content and take pride in my photography! Over the years I have developed my skills in areas such as SEO and content creation to ensure that each of my posts are well written, engaging and of course rank well. Not only do I write for my blog, I have also written for a published magazine which is distributed to thousands of people in Peterborough.
My main demographic are females aged 25-44, living in the UK, with a strong local audience in Peterborough. I have over 20,000 followers across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. My blog reaches over 4k unique users (Jan 2025) who love reading my blog and come back again and again! With 8k page views (Jan 2025) that is growing month after month, now is the perfect time to get in touch!
