Over the past couple of years, Mark and I have taken the boys to a local farm to take part in Pumpkin Picking. Although we love going, there are other places in and around the city where you can go and pick pumpkins!

Bowthorpe Park Farm, 18th – 31st October – Manthorpe, Bourne, PE10 0JG – Website – £7 adults and children – Time: 9.30 am till 5 pm – Free pumpkin for every child entry – Come along if you dare to our Spooky Halloween week. Maxey’s Farm Shop Pumpkins – Hockerton Road, Kirklington, NG22 8PB – Website – From 5th October – 9am to 5pm – £2 per person, under 16s free – P..P..Pick up a Pumpkin. Join us to pick your own Pumpkin. We grow all of our own Pumpkins from seed for you to choose the perfect one. We have an award winning farm shop, hot food, a tractor ride and lots of Halloween gifts
