Last week I decided to try a new recipe that I had come across on Facebook. These Pizza tacos took like 20 minutes to make and tasted fab. I added pepperoni to a couple of them (boys love pepperoni!) and next time I make them I will be using mozerella. They would be great for parties or get together’s. The meal plan last week wasn’t followed at all! The boys ended up having 2 McDonalds that week and we changed some of the options rounds. We didn’t have sausage and mash instead it was Toad in the Hole.
Anyways after last weeks failure, I am determined to follow this week’s plan.

Monday
Jacket Potato, Cheese and Beans. I may even have some Tuna too. We haven’t had a Jacket Potato in for ever! So looking forward to it.
Tuesday
Chicken in Puff Pastry, Potato and Veg.
Wednesday
Sausage, Mash Potato and Peas with Onion Gravy
Thursday
It’s Turtle Bay day! It’s Turtle Bay day!! My sister and I are off to do a review at Turtle Bay and to say we are excited is an understatement! We were very fortunate to be invited to their pre-launch and we loved every moment!
Mark and the boy will most likely have their favourite meal – Chicken Pie!
Friday
Homemade Pizza. We are going to spend the day with friends whom we haven’t seen in like forever! (well since the start of the holidays)
Saturday
Battered Fish, Mushy Peas and Homemade Chips!
Sunday
Roast Chicken Dinner
Ahh! I saw those pizza taco things on facebook too….I might have to give them a try now that I have seen the work so well.
We’re having jacket potatoes too this week. Ohh! You have me thinking about Tuna now. I might have to swap the beans and cheese for tuna. hehehe Have a fab time at Turtle Bay x
