The Annual Moor Farm Lambing Day @ Moor Farm, Decoy Road, Pe6 7QD – 11am-4pm -Adults £5, Childre (1-16) £3, under 1’s free – cows and calves, pigs and piglets, sheep and lambs and lots more animals to see. Lambs can be held and there will be tractors to sit on as well as a tractor and trailer ride. There will also be a few football activities organised by a local football club. The Burghley Easter Egg Hunt @ Burghley House, PE9 1QQ – 11am to 5pm (last admission 4.30pm) – Follow the treasure hunt around the Gardens of Surprise and solve the riddle to claim your full size chocolate egg from the Easter Bunny. Parents are also asked to test their Easter knowledge to try and win an afternoon tea in The Orangery Restaurant. All entries will go in to the prize draw for a giant chocolate Easter Bunny. Admittance is free of charge with a House and Gardens or Gardens only ticket and is free to our Friends of Burghley.

Explore Belton with a Ranger Pack this Easter. Borrow a pack from the Discovery Centre and simply return it at the end of your visit. Each pack comes with all the equipment that you need and shows the best places to take part in ranger activities. There are four ranger activities to choose from:

What’s so good about nettles and thistles? Discover more about the good, the bad and the ugly of Belton’s plant life by choosing one of two trails that take you through the parkland. Complete the trail and receive a Cadbury chocolate prize.
Trail 1: Who loves nettles? -Explore this short journey to look for pictures of the creatures that make use of Belton’s nettles.
Trail 2: Plant Bingo -Take on this longer journey to search for plant life on one of three illustrated bingo cards.
Easter Breakfast @ Dobbies, Hampton – 9am – £8.99 per child, £6.99 adult – Have a fantastic Easter at your local Dobbies by joining us for our popular Easter Bunny Breakfast. Enjoy a delicious cooked breakfast, before the little ones have fun participating in our egg-citing fun Easter craft activities. Easter @ Sacrewell, Thornhaugh, PE8 6HJ – 9.30am-5pm – Follow the Easter Egg Hunt* around the farm and win a chocolate prize at the end from the Easter Bunny. Meet the new arrivals in our lamb feeding demonstrations, jump on a tractor tour around the farm*, get involved in our craft and food activities* and learn all about our chicks and rabbits in the small animal experiences sessions. *extra charges apply on top of admission prices.
