The boys love collectible toys, I think it’s the surprise element of not knowing what they have until they open it. It gives a rush of excitement as they tear open the packaging to reveal the collectible they needed to complete the set. T-Racers are the latest collectible to hit our household. Arthur has loved opening each pack, strategically designed to look like racing wheels. However unlike other collectibles T Racers can all be mixed and matched, meaning that even if you find you have 2 of the same peices you can create a completley unique racer.
T-Racers
Arthur and I took a trip to town so we could pick up the T-Racers in store. We headed into The Entertainer to make the most of the 33% off offer (as of 11th April). He couldn’t wait until we got home to open them! He did though, but as soon as we got through the door he tore off the packaging. I wanted to mention the packaging as it is great when a brand chooses to use a more eco-friendlier packaging, the T-Racers are packaged in cardboard and in each item inside is wrapped in a paper bag!
Each T-Racer is made up of 5 different parts all wrapped individually. There is Front, Rear, Cockpit, Wheels and of course the Racer, all of these can be mixed and matched to create a totally unique racer. This really let Arthur use his imagination to come up with some fab looking cars! There are 16 T-Racers vehicles to collect in total which can unlock over 500 different vehicle combinations.
There are some ultra rare parts to collect too! These are easily spotted by the packaging! We almost made a complete Ultra Rare T- Racer car! We just needed the wheels! Another great feature of the T-Racer range of collectibles is that each part has a secre power, you can visit the T Racer’s website to find our more information on each peice and what the special power is!
T-Racers are a really easy to construct too, which I know aimed at children you would expect but you would be suprised how difficult it can be. These however just simply click in place and are easy to pull apart too!
Included in each T-Racer Turbo Wheel Blind Box is also a leaflet which you can use to keep track of all the parts you have collected. You can also follow each racer on their YouTube channel too, and find out more abour each of them and their cars.
Our views
Arthur is 8 and is on the upper age range that the T-Racers are suggested for. However, I think Oliver (10) would still get a lot of fun out of these. They are well priced making them not only affordable but also a great option for birthday parties too! So you can share the fun and hopefully have more friends to swap parts for, if you wanted.
