Arthur was gifted with Sylvanian Families Saloon Car and Chiffon Dog Family set.
Growing up I had a really lovely collection of Sylvanian Families toys. It is probably fair to say that they were one of my most loved toys. Sylvanian Families is not just a toy suitable for girls and it can be loved and well played with by boys too. Arthur was given the opportunity to play with the Family Saloon Car and Chiffon Dog Family sets.
Sylvanian Families
The Sylvanian Families saloon car comes fully equipped with everything a family will need for a picnic! Including a table, 2 cans of drink, selection of sandwiches and a platter of food. With 2 trays which can be attached to the car as well as a baby seat too. This set does not come with any of the figures to play with.
What I really love about the set is the storybook that comes with the car. Arthur really enjoyed hearing the adventures of the Chocolate Rabbit Family as they enjoyed a drive out to Sparkle Lake. The Story made a lovely addition to the car.
Sylvanian Families Chiffon Dog Family
Along with the Family Saloon Car Arthur was sent the Chiffon Dog Family to play with. Gordon the dad, Delia the mum and brother and sister David and Karen make up the family.
One of the first things Arthur did, when he unpackaged the family, was to sit them in the car and take them for a ride. All over the living room floor, the Chiffon Family was delighted with the sights of underneath the sofa, the unit and coffee table.
These were Arthur’s first experience with Sylvanian Families and he loved it. He has been going through the little booklet which shows all the other sets available and ticking off what he wants next. I think this is going to be the start of a new collection of toys for him.
