We were given complimentary meals at Sara’s TeaRoom Great Yarmouth
During our visit to Great Yarmouth over the October Half Term we were also invited to Sara’s TeaRoom Great Yarmouth. So after our visit to the Sealife Centre we made our way to the TeaRoom which was a short walk across the promenade.
When we arrived we were shown to a reserved table and given a menu. I loved that across the walls were lots of photographs of the history of the tearoom aswell as the history of the promenade of Great Yarmouth. It is full of history and was so interesting having a read.
Sara’s Tearoom was busy however the staff all had welcoming smiles and were more than happy to take the time to speak with us and take our orders. We were a little worried how Sara’s TeaRoom would be able to cater for Oliver, he turned vegetarian at the beginning of the year and we haven’t eaten out much. We were very pleasantlty suprised with the range of vegetarian/vegan and Gluten Free options available. Even the children’s meals had a good range of options.

There was a bit of a waiting time for the food to arrive, but it was busy and that was expected. When the food was served to us it was hot and all freshly made.

Everyone had empty plates and the boys loved their meals. I opted for the BBQ Pulled Pork Loaded Fries and that was delicious! The prices were not too bad either and there were plenty of options such as Cakes and Afternoon Tea’s to choose from. I imagine eating outside on the balcony facing the sea having Afternoon Tea would be absolutely wonderful! I would love to come back and try their cakes!
