Meal Plan Monday,
You may have noticed that I didn’t post my meal plan last week. I simply lost track of time and completely forgot to do it. We had gone to Cambridge to go camping and spent the entire weekend in glorious sunshine done nothing other than watching and playing with the boys. It was absolutely fabulous! It was also the first time we had been camping and cooked every single evening. The last few times we have had either a BBQ cooked by Mark’s dad or we went to the chippy.
Monday,
The boys are back at school today so we will have something big and filling for them. Toad in the hole! It is a firm family favourite!
Tuesday,
Tonight Mark and I are off to review a brand new restaurant opening in the centre of Peterborough, which we are really excited about! The boys will have sandwiches tonight as their Aunty is coming over to look after them.
Wednesday,
I am off out again tonight (Never had such a busy social life!) Mark and the boys will have Chicken Pie tonight!
Thursday,
The boys are going to make dinner! So excited, they have made this dish before and enjoy it so we are going to do it again!

We haven’t had a roast in so long so today will be our roast dinner Sunday! and i am thinking of buying beef.
It sounds like the camping trip went so well….

Chicken pie!! That is one of my all time favourite meals… The only pie that is better (to me) is Steak and Kidney 🙂
