Meal Planning Monday – w/c 19th June Menu – The Mum Diaries

     The Mum Diaries      2 Comments

Last week I said I was going to revolutionise our menu. Well? I forgot! I did however remember to take a couple of photos of meals I did eat! My sister and I went out to lunch and I had BBQ ribs and Chicken combo. It was really lovely and I spent some much needed time with my big sister. I mentioned last week that Mark and I became a little obsessed with the Applebys Pulled Pork from Aldi (£2.29). So we of course ate that too!

This week I am concentrating on bringing in more salads to our dinner. The boys love their veg (although Oliver doesn’t like peas!) and they love their fruit too so we have no problems getting them to eat those. But salad is a whole different ball game!

Mmm I love pulled pork. I do enjoy salads but quickly get bored with them. Hope you are having a good week x

Hoisin chicken noodles are one of our favourite me Hoisin chicken noodles are one of our favourite meals, and it is easy for us to make a veggie alternative for Oliver.

However, we need some more meal ideas to try and change things up. Do you have any suggestions?

I hope everyone got the options they wanted!
