Where I would love to visit

10 years ago my aunt and uncle emigrated to Australia. Devastated doesn’t come close to how I felt. My aunt and Uncle growing up were literally the best! I loved spending every minute with them. I miss them every day! It seems fitting that today’s post would be where I would love to visit. Of course it would be Australia.

Every now and again they would post photos of the scenery, the food and the wildlife and I am jealous. I would love to go to all the places they love. 7 years ago my nan (my aunt’s mum) passed away and I was heartbroken. She went on holiday to see them both and when she returned she would speak about her holiday with this enthusiasm. She had nothing but very fond memories and I loved hearing about her travels.

Another place I would love to visit is Benidorm. My nan and Grandad would go every year, sometimes even twice. Again, she always spoke very highly of her holidays and I loved hearing all about them. I remember her once telling me her and my granddad were out until 3am dancing!

However, we need some more meal ideas to try and change things up. Do you have any suggestions?
