Songmic Toy Storage Unit – Review and Giveaway!

Living in a house with 3 children often means that mess is pretty much guaranteed. I love my boys, but I don’t love mess and clutter and that is generally what we live with day to day. The boys have a playroom which “should” contain their toys. See operative word “contain” It doesn’t. My living room represents a well-known toy shop and in the evening I find my self-stepping over books, ninjas and other bits. Songmic’s recently got in touch to offer a solution to our problem and that was in the form of their Toy Storage Unit. They offered us one in return for an honest and open review so, this is what we thought.

SongMics Toy Storage Unit

Available on Amazon, the Toy Storage Unit is available for £38.99 with free delivery. It arrived pretty swiftly and I set my go to builder to build it. Mark happily accepted, using any means necessary to put his tools to some use and within 10 minutes the unit was built and ready to use.

Their instructions are pretty straight forward, Mark didn’t need any help to build it and we only got confused on one part. Which way to lace the non-woven fabric layer. Having a quick look at the Amazon listing Mark soon had it complete.

Once built the Toy Storage Unit is 78cm high, 86cm width and 26.5cm in depth. It can store lots of books and toys which makes it a great part of the room. The colours are all primary colours (bar green). The whole unit is really light and wipes clean (other than the book sling).

The hallway downstairs – it would keep the toys tidy and out of the way but easily accessible – at the moment they take the toys from their room and bring them downstairs and then just leave them in the living room as are too lazy to take them back up!
