Phobia is such a strong term for something you have an irrational fear over. I have a fear of Spiders but I wouldn’t say it is a phobia. I think my biggest fear (and something that *could* be described as a phobia) is travelling on a bridge over water. Just the sheer thought of it and I get the shakes.
Beth – This is ridiculous but I have a huge phobia of tomatoes. They totally freak me out and I can’t even touch them 🙈
I used to work in a cafe and couldn’t scrape them off the plates as they scared me too much 😂
Rachel – Crabs 🦀. I got stuck
in a natural pool once when the tide went out, leaving thousands of bloody big ones all over the sides. Not the best phobia to have when you live by the sea! Www.Coffeecakekids.Com
Sarah – My phobia is butterflies… when I was younger my grandparents tried to make me face them by taking me to the butterfly house in Longleat bad idea… never set foot in one again 😂 www.theparentingtrials.com
Katy – I have a phobia of sweetcorn. REALLY bad. And we grow it at our allotment. I can’t even stomach touching it! A few times my husband has brought it home and I’ve handled it using foil! http://katykicker.com
Emma – Wet hair, hate it makes me gag. When it sticks on me in the shower I can’t deal with it. I try and paste it on the tiles so hubby can move it. Ickkk Www.readyfreddiego.com
Pete – Heights. Anything above head heights starts to make me feel a little giddy! www.householdmoneysaving.com
Sarah – I am afraid of trains and tracks, not sure why, I went on one in July to meet some people and whenever my mum got near the track or if I had to walk beside the train my stomach dropped, I did it the once and I won’t be going on one again anytime soon!! www.mummycatnotes.com
Chery – I am absolutely petrified of planes, I hate it when they just fly over my head. I’ve never had to face it as luckily I’ve no desire to travel.
