If you hadn’t noticed I took a little break from meal planning last year and I have missed it. I missed being in control and knowing what we were doing each day. Meal planning has always given me that little bit of an elbow in the right direction when it comes to nutrition and eating properly. Especially when I blog about it, as it is my accountability. Here is this weeks meal, and as I go shopping on Tuesday it should all be pretty achievable.
Sausage Rolls, Chips and Salad. (Shopping day tomorrow!)
Tuna pasta bake for Jack and I and then a Cheesy pasta bake for Mark, Oliver and Arthur.
Homemade meatballs and spaghetti with garlic bread
Toad in the hole and veg
Homemade Pizzas – The boys absolutely love making their own pizzas! Nowhere near as good as Grandad Tony and his outdoor pizza oven, but it comes pretty close!
Homemade chicken fried rice and *may* attempt a Chicken chow mein. If all fails I will buy some from the shop rather than having a takeaway.
Sunday is always our roast dinner day! We haven’t had beef in awhile so think I will have that. If all else fails we have chicken breast in the fridge.
