Meal Plan Monday – W/C 15th May – The Mum Diaries

I think after a couple of weeks of writing Meal Plan Monday I have reached the conclusion, I suck. Another week planned another week where we didn’t follow it. We did have a couple of the meals (you can see what I planned here). Spaghetti and Meatballs went down a treat! but looking back that at our roast dinner were the only meals we ate.

Pork Chops, Mash and veg

Pasta Bolognaise

Chicken Fajitas

Saturday

Homemade Pizza

Sunday

Roast Chicken, Roast potatoes, Vegetables and Yorkshire pudding.

    Ahh! Keep trying. It took me months to get the hang of eating everything I planned and even then some weeks still don’t go to plan.
    Ham, Eggs and Chips is such a great meal. So simple 😀 x

      I’m normally pretty good! It’s just when I go shopping and come across food I haven’t had in awhile!

    It happens. Sometimes things in our house crop up where we just can’t follow it all the time. It gets easier. 🙂
