Boiled Egg and Ham salad – FREE – Really easy to make and prepare and doesn’t take much effort. You can choose to boil a few eggs at a time. If you get peckish you then have something FREE to munch on too! You can use HEA Cheese to sprinkle over if you wish too.

2. Light Fruit and Yoghurt – FREE (depending on the Yoghurt)- Depending on how hungry you are a simple yoghurt and fruit salad can tide you over.

3. Baked Potatoe with Baked Beans and Salad – FREE – You can use Cheese (HEA) if you wanted to, you can also add Tuna in as well!

4. Salad – Mix of some fruits and vegetables – FREE

5. Pasta, Tomato, Spinach and Pepper – FREE – if you use Passatta as a sauce base it makes this yummy quick meal Syn Free.
